Πρόγραμμα

DAY 1 ATHENS – BRATISLAVA
Flight to Bratislava. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Arrangement in the rooms, overnight stay.
DAY 2 BRATISLAVA – Brno – PRAGUE
After breakfast, there is a guided tour during which we will see the castle, dominating the hill and we will tour the Old Town with the Cathedral of St. Marino, the Archbishop’s Palace, the National Museum, the National Theater and the National Gallery. Then departure for Brno, a lively city and capital of Moravia (UNESCO). We will admire the Gothic Town Hall and the impressive church of Agios Iakovos. Free time and then Prague. Transfer and check-in at the hotel. Overnight.
DAY 3 PRAGUE – KASTROUPOLI
After breakfast guided tour of Strahov Monastery and Loreto. We head to the magnificent Kastropolis, which spreads over the hill of Mala Strana and ends at the imposing Cathedral of St. Vitus and the Basilica of St. George. We continue to Mala Strana, where we will tour on foot from the picturesque Gothic Charles Bridge through the medieval streets of the “Royal Street” to the old town square, with the Town Hall and the famous Astronomical Clock. This is followed by the “parade of the Apostles” and the square of the historic center of Prague. Free time for walking. For the evening we suggest you watch a “Black Theater” performance. Overnight.

DAY 4 PRAGUE – KARLOVY VARY
After breakfast, we will depart for the spa town of Karlovy Vary, in West Bohemia. Known for its thermal springs, in the 14th century it was named the “Royal City” by Emperor Charles IV and since then established itself as a meeting place for personalities of letters, arts and politics. We will cross the main pedestrian street next to the river Tepla. Free time and departure for Prague. Free evening.

DAY 5 PRAGUE – DRESDEN
Breakfast and departure for the capital of Saxony, Dresden. We will tour the Old Town, where we will see the Frauenkirche Cathedral and the Zember Opera, the old Renaissance-style Zwinger Orangery, which today houses several museums. The fresco in the Fürstenzug depicts the procession of the rulers of Saxony on foot and on horseback. We will marvel at the Balcony of Europe with its amazing view of the Elbe. Free time and return to Prague. Overnight.
DAY 6 PRAGUE – ČESKY KRUMLOV – BRATISLAVA – ATHENS
After breakfast, departure for Cesky Krumlov. Streams of the Vltava River run through many parts of the medieval city (UNESCO). We will admire Gothic and Renaissance style buildings, churches, narrow streets and the “hidden bridge”. You can visit the city’s castle and admire the panoramic view from above. Free time and then transfer to Bratislava airport and board the return flight.

The 5-day program does not include the 2nd day.
