ROME – AMALFI

DAY 1 ATHENS – ROME – NAPLES – SORRENTO
Flight to the “Eternal City”. Arrival and immediate departure, through the provinces of Latium and Campania, we reach Naples. We will see the Teatro San Carlo, the oldest opera house in operation and the Galleria Umberto I, the elegant shopping mall with a glass roof. Free time for lunch and a tour of the picturesque alleys. We will admire Piazza del Plebiscito, Spacanapoli, Santa Chiara, etc. We continue to Sorrento. Transfer and check-in at our hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 2 CAPRI – SORRENTO
After breakfast, transfer to the port and board the boat for Capri. We will tour on foot some of the 800 Phoenician steps and the Piazzetta. Return to Sorrento and guided tour of the Monastery of Saint Francis. We suggest you enjoy your coffee in Piazza Tasso. Return to the hotel, overnight stay.
DAY 3 SALERNO – AMALFI – POSITANO – SALERNO – SORRENTO
Breakfast and transfer to the port of Salerno from where we will depart for Amalfi. We will admire the Duomo, the marina and the elegant shops. We continue to Positano, built on the steep side of a cliff, where we will tour the Via dei Mulini. Return in the afternoon to Salerno. Overnight.
DAY 4 POMPEII – ROME
Breakfast and departure for Pompeii, where we will visit its archaeological site (UNESCO). Our next stop is the “Eternal City”, Rome. We will admire the Colosseum and then stroll along the Roman market. We will see Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso and Fontana di Trevi. Visit the Pantheon and we will end up in the famous Piazza Navona, one of the most famous squares in the city. Free time. Transfer and check-in at our hotel. Overnight.
DAY 5 ROME
Breakfast and guided tour during which we will see Piazza del Popolo, with its twin churches and literary cafes, Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna. We will tour on foot in Via dei Condotti, with the famous Antico Caffe Greco, with over 250 years of history and the famous fashion houses Prada, Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Valentino, etc. Free time for coffee. Return to the hotel, overnight stay.
DAY 6 ROME – ATHENS
Breakfast and free time to do your shopping. Then transfer to the airport and board the return flight to Athens.
