DAY 1 M. FRIDAY: ATHENS – AVLONARI – KYMI
Sarli Farm – Konistres (Melissourgeion)
Morning departure from Athens via Chalkida and Eretria with an intermediate stop for coffee. Our visits start from Avlonari where we will see the Byzantine three-story church (11th century) and free time for shopping at the local Women’s Cooperative. Our next stop is Sarli Organic Farm, surrounded by wonderful nature with stone bridges and rest areas and streets that lead to its facilities that can be visited (the small winery, the drying room, the packing house, etc.). We continue to the village of Konistres where we will visit the “Melissourgeion”, a small and modern beekeeping unit. We will see up close the production of honey and its derivatives. At noon we arrive at Kymi. Time for lunch and transfer to the KYMI PALACE HOTEL 4* on the beach of Kymi. Rest and early evening transfer to Ag. George, for the Epitaphion tour, near the hotel. Dinner.
DAY 2 M. SATURDAY: UPPER RIVERS – PLATANA – HONEFTIKOU SPRINGS
Breakfast at a buffet and we depart for Ano Potamia, one of the oldest settlements in the area connected to that of ancient Kymi, amphitheatrically built overlooking the sea. We will visit its archaeological collection, next to the Holy Church of the Dormition of the Virgin, which includes Neolithic and so on. foundings. Walking tour of the picturesque alleys of the traditional settlement and we will admire the old liotrivi of Kasomoulis which has been restored and designed as a museum visitable area. We continue to Platana, where we will have free time for coffee on the beach and depart for Kymi. Visit to the Georgios Papanikolaou Folklore Museum, one of the best of its kind in the country, with a collection of around 1600 objects. Our next stop is the Choneutiko spring, known for its healing waters since the 19th centurythe century. Stop for a walk and photos in the enchanting nature with the small bridges, stone fountains and a visit to the chapel of the Virgin Mary which is next to the monument of the Hartsa brothers. Return to the beach and time for lunch at a tavern. In the evening we will watch the Resurrection in the Metropolis of St. Athanasiou in Kymi. This is followed by a rich Resurrection dinner with traditional stew, red eggs and other dishes.

DAY 3 EASTER SUNDAY: EASTER LUNCH – MONASTERY OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE SAVIOR
Rich breakfast and time to enjoy the Lambria day and enjoy the comforts of the hotel. Pre-noon buffet with appetizers in the pool during the grilling. This is followed by the Easter meal with arrow and many dishes accompanied by live music from an orchestra. In the early afternoon we will go to the nearby fortress-like Monastery of the Transfiguration of the Savior (15th century), built according to tradition by Agioreite monks. We will attend the Vespers of Love and then we will have free time in Kymi Square for a walk and to try “Spyros” or “Siderakis”, the famous local traditional baklava.

DAY 4 EASTER MONDAY: MONI MANZARI – VELOS – SETA – ATHENS
Breakfast at a rich buffet and we depart for a pilgrimage to the Dormition Monastery, also known as Mantzari (11th century ). We will continue to the village of Velos near Aliveri where we will visit the workshop of the fine pasta and trachana Dardouma Family with recipes more than 100 years old and the local goglies. Early in the afternoon we will arrive at the mountain village – jewel of Evia, the picturesque Seta, free time for lunch in its picturesque tavernas. Return journey to Athens.
