ARACHOVA – DELPHI

DAY 1 M. FRIDAY: ATHENS – OSIOS LOUKAS – DELPHI – ARACHOVA
Morning departure and with intermediate stops we arrive at the Monastery of Saint Loukas, the most important Byzantine monument in Greece, in Steiri Boiotia. We continue to Delphi and visit the archaeological site (theater-stadium). Guided tour by an official guide to the Museum of Delphi, where the findings of the excavations and the amazing Hiniochos are kept. Arrival in Arachova and check-in at the ANEMOLIA MOUNTAIN RESORT 4* hotel. Transfer to the Epitaph. Dinner.

DAY 2 M. SATURDAY: MORNO LAKE – LIDORIKI – TRIZONIA – GALAXIDI
Breakfast and departure for Lidoriki, one of the most beautiful villages of the mountainous Fokida, with the artificial lake Mornou spread out in front of it and the towering mountain range of Giona. Stop for coffee in the village square and continue to the lake which was created in 1979 with the construction of a dam. Short stop for photos and departure to Chania, on the shores of the Gulf of Corinth, from where we will cross by boat in 5 minutes to the green island of Trizonia (weather permitting). Time for lunch and then transfer to the stately and historic Galaxidi, with a rich maritime tradition, where we will enjoy our coffee and wander through the narrow cobbled streets of the traditional settlement admiring the neoclassical houses with their colorful facades and marble arches around the doors. Return to Arachova.

DAY 3 EASTER SUNDAY: EASTER LUNCH – ARACHOVA
Breakfast and free time to watch the traditional baking of the obelius, followed by an Easter meal with a feast and live music. Rest and in the afternoon visit to cosmopolitan Arachova, which dominates the slopes of Parnassos. Stroll through its picturesque alleys and traditional shops with local products. Return to the hotel.

DAY 4 EASTER MONDAY: FOKIDAS MINING PARK – GRAVIA – AGORIANI – ATHINA
Rich breakfast and departure for the Mining Park of Fokida, “Vagonetto”. Optionally, we will take a carriage ride to the old bauxite arcades, where we will see the museum and the “Sound and Light” spectacle. We continue to Gravia, whose Hani has been turned into a museum. Our last stop is the picturesque village of Agoriani (Eptalofos), with its excellent taverns and local specialties. Time for lunch and return to Athens
